Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in Orange County in California. With my wonderful partner JP as well as my happy dad Henry. Many people recognize me as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my adventures ranging from upwards to the downwards. My family moved to America. When I was of one quarter, I joined my parents. Being aware of the possibility for a better life, I strived to be their proudest and had a clear vision when it came to achievement. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to university and get a corporate job, marry, purchase a house and have kids. I thought that was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Even though the compensation and position was good, I didn't feel like it fulfilled me. It was more like I was wasting my time. As I navigated my way towards a new job, I realized I was destined to be an instructor. I enjoyed exercise, I loved having fun and I enjoy helping people. This year I'll be celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I launched my own company. It is rare to find Asian females working in the field. As coach, my mission is to inspire people to live a healthy and enjoyable life by establishing viable lifestyles that are suited to the individual's goals and needs. In addition, I strive to inspire others to pursue their dreams and goals and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. While my career was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the most devastating of them all. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. Her memory will forever be on my mind and in my heart. brain. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though we might not be able to see it now. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance at life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her next life and give me a second chance to live a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. As I enter the 30's I am more alive than ever. I am able to say that I live my life today and not just surviving like I was previously. As I tell my story I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for yours. I hope that my words will help you realize that you're never truly alone. You have the ability to achieve whatever you want to achieve. I pray that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a end is without regrets because that's all that we have to be confident about in this life.
