Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes in Seinfeld season four. She was a chef known as Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the 1990s, she was a regular cast member of Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone had played the role of Carol Willick Ross Geller's husband in Friends' first ever appearance. Jane Sibbett, who replaced Barone after leaving the show due to her desire to play a part-time character with a bigger part, was able to fill her. Barone was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show from 1995 until 1996, and The War at Home 2005-2007. In 2000, Barone was also a co-star on The sitcom Daddio. Barone's other television credits include Desperate Housewives: Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004 Barone was awarded the 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her performance in the movie One Last Ride. Barone after three years, and following the end of The War at Home's series at Disney Channel in 2010, began playing the role of Officer Georgia Jones as Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. The actor who plays Barone's husband Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones the ex-husband of Barone's character.
